Throughout the process, we are accessible by phone, text, and email. If you have any questions during the process or need anything we can find it for you. Every item that gets placed in a box gets a photo taken and labeled with the room and box number it came from. If you need pieces of clothing or paperwork we can search for them and get them returned sooner. You, as the homeowner, also get access to a full digital copy of every photo we take so you know everything that left your home and everything that is still onsite. This also helps if you want to declutter. You can now look through each box and see what you want to either donate or get rid of before it comes back into your home.
